The Noemi Primer gently cleanses, nourishes and prepares the eyebrow area for the tinting procedure.

It's an essential step in creating perfectly shaped and flawless brows. With its nourishing ingredients, providing optimal hydration and cleansing, you can achieve a long-lasting dye while maintaining the health of your eyebrow area.

Application: Spray twice on a cotton round and wipe over the brow area. Do not rinse.
